My hat is off to you. About this time in the build I would have pushed the whole mess to floor and had a whisky. Yours looks great.

Good luck with the Cherry, beautiful wood and reasonably easy to work but can get “splotchy” with finish.

BTW, love your bench, it looks like a bench should.
